Suffolk Barn

We were appointed by the client to provide a structural report on the feasibility of converting the existing barn into residential detached dwelling. We established the capacity of existing foundations and superstructure and suggested sensible design works to enable construction of the house. We also advised on the foundation depth for structure to avoid potential issues with differential settlement due to close proximity to trees.
